MTL: BCS Rules and Regs

This system is used to determine the best looking girls around campus per week. This is based on the opinions of a select group of people, and should not be thought as a entire campus opinion.

We Need Your Input To Determine Who Makes The Leaderboard. The rules below are how things work on a general basis, but the more interactive you, the user are, the more sucessful the MTL:BCS can be.

HOW IT WORKS:
Each member of the panel submits a preliminary list with his/her top 15 talent. From here the lists are compiled and based on a 10-point system (10pts for 1st, 9 for 2nd, and so on). The top 15 girls from this list goes on to secondary voting, where the panel votes on just these 15 girls. The girls who score the highest are then put into the weekly top 10.

The top 10 will obviously change every week based on how the girls look, dress, and appear. Hair cuts, changing hair color, improper makeup or attire can all affect the standings.

BONUSES/PENALTIES
5 points are awarded to the winner of the user poll.

1 point is giving to each girl for every panel ballot she appears on.

1 point is given for every vote a girl gets in the user poll

2 points are awarded for every positive compliment a girl recieves from a panel member based on their appearance that day

2 points are deducted for every negative comment that is recieved

(Note: we understand that girls arent always dressed up, but,even if you are wearing sweatpants and a hoodie, make sure to look your best)
